Guidelines For Parents
- Parent-Teacher contact and co-operation is essential for harmonious development of a student's personality. Vigilance on the parts of the parents/guardians pays rich dividends.
- Please use the school diary as a means of communication with the school by checking the remarks, if any, made by teachers.
- See that your ward has all the text-books, items of stationery, craft materials. Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper school uniform.
- Please attend Parent-Teacher Meetings. Sign the test copies/papers as and when sent home.
- Intimate the change of address and telephone number to the school office.
- Do not send money or valuable articles with the students. The school shall take no responsibility in case they are lost.
Bus Rules
- It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the child to and from the fixed bus stops.
- Any suggestions or complaints should be reported to the transport in charge. Parents are expected to treat the bus staff kindly.
Progress Report
- Parents will be informed of the academic progress of their wards and their participation in co-curricular activities. The academic session is divided into two semesters as per the CBSE guidelines :
a. Four Formative and
b. Two Summative

- Final result of a student will be calculated by taking into account all the tests & examinations /assessments during the year. Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year's performance.
- There will be no re-examination after any of the examination on any ground. Parents are requested not to approach the principal for re-examination.
Parent - Teacher Contact
- In order to establish a meaningful relationship between the school and the parents, meetings are held regularly to discuss the progress of each student.
- Class teacher also communicate with parents through student's school diary.
Attendance
- 75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next class.
- It is compulsory for students to attend the school on the last day and the starting day after the summer vacation, the puja vacation and the winter vacation.
- No leave is granted except on prior application from parents/ guardians.
- In case of sickness, a medical certificate of a Registered Doctor is essential.
- School management will only permit the student to rejoin the School after submission of medical certificate if student comes from a long sickness.
Registration & Admission
Admission is open to all irrespective of class, creed and community.- A child's name will not be registered for admission unless the under-mentioned documents are not provided by the parent: (i) Municipal birth registration certificate
- Registration for admission in Nursery to Std. Vth will commence from 27th November 2015. Parents are requested to obtain Registration Form from the office, during office hours, by paying Rs300/- (Three Hundred only).
- The registration Fee is neither refundable nor transferable. Please refer to attached list for fee structure and further details.
- Child's performance in Admission Test will be the sole criteria of admission. Admission Test will be conducted in the month of December/January, each year for the session starting from 1st week of April that year. No specific syllabus is prescribed for the test, but a candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the subjects appropriate for the class lower than that in which admission is sought.
- The admission card will be issued to parents only after forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.
- Parents are to report to the reception counter on the dates specified in the joining instructions, along with the admission card. The ward will not be allowed to attend classes if the admission process is incomplete.
(ii) Two passport size recent photographs
(iii) The latest progress report of the child from the school last attended (Except Nursery Class).
Procedure of Payment:
- Fee is charged monthly for every student.
- The school fee should be deposited up to 10th of every month, failing which, a fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged after due date.
- The annual charges are payable in the starting session of every year after completion of one year.
- Kindly do not send the fee through the school bus driver, conductors or any other school employees.
- Please check the entries at the time of payment. No complaint will be entertained later on.
- Advance fee on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis is also accepted.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal of a student form any class should be preceded by a month's written notice or one month's fee.
- All dues are to be cleared before a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is issued. Transfer Certificate will be issued after 5 days of receipt of the application.
- School may ask, without prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the child from the school on any of these grounds: (a) Academic: Student who fail in the same class for two consecutive sessions. (b) Disciplinary: Students whose conduct is not in the interest of the school. (c) Fees in Arrear: Student's who have not deposited the fee for three consecutive months.
- Once a student's name is struck off the school rolls, re-admission will be considered only after paying all the arrears and fresh admission fee, provided a seat is available. Important Information
- The MMS Management reserves the rights to revise the Tuition Fee, other fees or any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution at any time. This will be notified one month before to the parent.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded on any account.
- Students are accountable to the school authorities for their behavior, both inside and outside the school.
- Wearing of fancy earrings/rings/bracelets or watches is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile Phone is not allowed to the Students in the school campus.
- The Registration form should be submitted only at the time of Registration. Admission will be made with the help of that form only after the child is granted admission.
- Your ward has to report in complete School uniform, along with books and stationaries as prescribed by the school Management.
